Ce documentaire photographique est dédié à cette jeune maman, son enfant et son mari malades du sida. Ethel et ses parents ne reçoivent aucun traitement. Officiellement, sur 1 000 personnes âgées de 15 à 49 ans, 127 sont séropositives. Trois bébés sur dix naissent avec le virus.

This photographic documentary is dedicated to this young mother, her child and her husband, all AIDS-infected. Neither Ethel nor her parents receive any treatment. Officially, in 1 000 people, 127 are HIV-positive among the people aged between 15 and 49. Three babies in ten are born with the virus.
